Van Elle is one of the UK's leading
geotechnical, piling and foundation engineering companies. Founded in 1984
we have experienced tremendous growth rates and industry success, much of
which can be attributed to our staff.
In March/April '07 we have increased our staff levels by 6%, employing 22 new
employees across the business. We now employ a total of 366 people across all
our divisions. The growth in staff goes hand in hand with our commercial success
which is building year on year.

The new employees cover a variety of roles within the company including graduate
engineers, construction workers, estimating engineers and managers. We invest
heavily in staff training and feel proud to have such a high number of direct
employees in an industry where sub-contracting is often the norm.
In fact one of our recent additions has done such a great job that he has picked
up a top industry award. Mark Williams, Group Business Development Manager, was
a finalist in the construction industry's 'Future Leaders' awards.
