In recent years, as the investment in the UK's rail services has grown, so has the number and value of projects with which Van Elle have been involved. From single platform extensions on minor lines to the largest and most challenging rail projects in the UK, we have worked with some of the biggest and most respected names in the industry including Birse Metro, Volker Fitzpatrick, Vinci, Balfour Beatty and Carillion Rail.

Our continued investment in new rigs, equipment and staff training ensures that we are able to safely carry out rail projects of all sizes and difficulties with the same focus on value engineering as we offer on other civil engineering and building schemes.

We are Link-up accredited and our site teams, supervisors and management team are PTS certified allowing both night and day rail work to be carried out safely, on programme and budget.

Our in-house design team have extensive experience of producing quality solutions to, what are often, challenging schemes as well as the other required elements associated with rail projects including planning, attending multiple meetings with clients and engineers and producing the various paperwork ensuring a fluid and hassle-free experience from start to finish.
