It is vitally important that site investigation is carried out as this will determine the type of foundations installed and will enable us to give you a guaranteed cost for the works.

Site investigation is an investment in your project and not a cost! If you don’t carry out site investigation then this could seriously affect your budget should problems then be found in the ground.

There are many types of piles suitable for self build and we can help you choose the right type of pile for your site.

We can also help with subsidence problems offering a complete design and installation service including our Hoopsafe system of structural stabilisation. We also carry out other ground stabilisation techniques such as soil nails to hold back encroaching earth.
