International Women in Engineering Day (INWED) takes place annually on 23rd June.
The dedicated campaign aims to raise the profile and celebrate the achievements of women in engineering. As well as encourage more people to consider engineering as a profession.
Historically and traditionally, women have been under-represented in the engineering/construction sector. Therefore, its a vital as ever to address the shortage of engineering talent and encourage them to pursue careers in this field.
As a business, we take pride in promoting diversity. We try to help break down gender stereotypes and empowering women to achieve their ambitions and goals.
Have you ever wondered what it takes to become an engineer?
