Today, STRABAG UK has acquired publicly listed Van Elle Holdings plc, following the majority of shareholders voting in favour of the proposed transaction.
Welcoming Van Elle as a new subdivision of the business, the acquisition builds on STRABAG UK’s current capabilities and ever-growing portfolio of projects, further strengthening national expertise and increasing its value creation across both building and infrastructure projects for existing and future clients.
