Yesterday (Tuesday 31st January), one of our HGV drivers was involved in an incident near Junction 39 of the M1.
Despite best efforts from members of the public and emergency services, our driver sadly passed away at the scene. No one else was involved or harmed in this incident.
Next of kin has been informed.
We are assisting local authorities while they conduct an investigation and are unfortunately unable to comment any further at this time.
Our thoughts and sympathies are with the driver’s loved ones at this difficult time.
